Job Description :

Client Relationship Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong and positive relationships.

Understand project task needs, preferences, and expectations, and ensure these are met by coordinating with relevant teams.

Task Coordination:

Efficiently manage and prioritize requests and tasks, ensuring prompt resolution.

Coordinate with different departments, including sales, marketing, creative and management, to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Communication:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with management, keeping them informed about the progress of their requests or projects.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of interactions, requests, and task statuses.

Generate reports on client servicing performance and provide regular updates to management.

Issue Resolution:

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate parties within the organization for resolution.

Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
