Team Management:

> Lead, mentor, and manage a team of CRM professionals to ensure they are performing effectively and efficiently.

> Provide guidance and training to the team members on best practices in customer relationship management.

Customer Relationship Management: Competiencies

> Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pending Payment Collection:

> Oversee the collection of pending payments from customers, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution of payment issues.

> Maintain accurate records of payment transactions and debt recovery efforts.

Documentation and Property Registration:

> Manage and oversee the documentation process for property sales, leases, and registrations.
> Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the documentation and registration process.

Loan Procedures:

> Facilitate the loan application process for customers seeking financing for property purchases.
> Collaborate with financial institution coordinators and banks to streamline the loan approval and disbursement process.

Legal Formalities:

> Stay updated on the latest legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.

> Ensure compliance with all legal procedures and maintain records of legal documents and agreements.

Reporting and Analysis:

> Generate reports and provide insights into customer interactions, payment collections, and CRM department performance.

> Use data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for enhanced customer satisfaction.
